AtomVision Video AI Applications

Four application suites run on the AI Edge Analytic Box: construction safety, mall people counting, traffic monitoring, and facial recognition. Inference is local. Cloud dashboards are optional. Standard supports up to 4 AI streams; Professional up to 16. Choose the suite that matches the cameras and alerts you need.

Applications

Video AI built for real-world operations

Each application runs on the AI Edge Analytic Box at your site: local inference, configurable alerts, and an optional cloud dashboard. Choose the suite that matches the cameras you have.

AtomVision ships four suites on one appliance — not four separate boxes. Enable the modules you need, stay within your AI-stream budget, and keep cameras you already own.

Applications FAQ

Suites, multi-app boxes, and offline behavior.

Which application suite should I start with?

Start with the operational problem on site: PPE and zones for construction, doorway counting for malls, lanes and LPR for traffic, or consent-first watchlists for access control. All four run on the same AI Edge Analytic Box; you enable modules per camera.

Can one edge box run multiple applications?

Yes. You can mix modules across cameras within the box’s AI-stream budget (Standard up to 4, Professional up to 16). Running several heavy models on the same streams reduces capacity — size the tier for the combined workload.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Inference and local alerts continue on the edge box. Events can buffer on the appliance. Optional cloud sync resumes when the uplink returns. You do not need the cloud for on-site detection.

Do I need new cameras for these applications?

Usually no. Suites use existing ONVIF or RTSP cameras when mounting angles support the use case. Accuracy depends on placement more than brand. See the camera compatibility guide for brand-specific ONVIF notes.
